**For FedEx shipment, Nidec OKK USA only ships COLLECT on customer’s account with them.  Customer FedEx account number must be provided on purchase order.

**For International Shipment, Commercial Invoice Fee $15.00 / shipment will apply.

**Shipping Handling Fee $16.00 per shipment will be charged for all Nidec OKK spare parts and Option parts.

A 25% minimum restocking charge applies to all items returned. (Maximum restocking charge is $1,500.00. )  All returns must be authorized by Nidec OKK USA Corporation, assigned a return authorization number, and be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels in good condition.  All returns are subject to inspection before acceptance.  Items ordered special and not normally stocked are non-returnable.  After 30 days of shipping, Nidec OKK USA will not accept any returns.  Unauthorized return is subject to $15.00 fee.
